Since the platform update KB2670838 Eisbaer projects larger 500MB no longer run.
To edit or operate these projects the update must be uninstalled via Control Panel \ Programs.
"View installed updates" for this purpose must be enabled.
You must uninstall Internet Explorer 10 which installs KB2670838 too.
Then you must deactivate this update and the Internet Explorer 10 in Windows Update (right click - Hide)
