If I have two protocols KNX and Bacnet, they both have TCP-IP gateways.
I have used EisBaer with KNX and works fine, but how can I import BacNet data to EisBaer and to make it so, that with one visualisatsion i could monitor and control both protocols?
For example if I'm using KNX for lightcontrol and BacNet for heating and ventilation system. I would like to see both values on the same layout and to control them.
Is it possible and how?

Hello Tanel Matsi,

perhaps it could function with a BACNET OPC server. Eisbaer has an free OPC Client/server with DA 2.0 protocol.

The data points of the OPC BACNET could be imported directly.

Dirk

Hello,

Has anyone implemented a BACNet to Eisbaer connection in the meantime perhaps?
(It does not have to be a KNX-to-BACNet connection. Just access to BACNet data via Eisbaer.)

Thanks for any suggestions.

Best Regards

David

We are already working on the BACnet driver. There will be a server and a client. The first features are already implemented. Presumably, the driver will be published with the next update.
