Hi All

I Have a Eisbaer V3 sitting on a virtual server, with a usb porting to ethernet device for the license dongle. i am having some trouble with the usb device losing connection to the server. the client has asked what sort of redundancy we can implement.

my question is can i have 2 license dongles attached via 2 x usb to ethernet devices connected to the 1 project? so that the server wont go into demo mode

It is not possible to have 2 License on 1 Server-project.

yes we are using something similar, the DIGI anywhereUSB product. the license dongle is the only unit attached, but the eisbaer server keeps losing connection after a time, which it turn stops eisbaer from running and our schedules stop running.

the building manager wants to have some sort of redundancy setup.

we are replacing the anywhereUSB device to confrim its operation.
