Id would like some help to understand what it is that is stoping Eisbar from sending a telegram onto the KNX bus.

I look after a number of sites that have V2 and V3. Im finding that eventually the server no longer talks to the system.

The network should be set to private but this does not solve the issue. Is it windows updates causing a problem?

Im finding that multicast seams to be an issue here and that using unicast and central groups is more reliable, but this isnt always practicle. 

What is the best way to do this. Even with my windows firewall turned off, I am still unable to send a simple telegram from a system that has previously worked for years.

As per the screen grab, Eisbar says it is sending a telegram, but it is not making its way onto the KNX network.
