The areas of application of the HI 3.5 are: Visualization PC as server and/or client in continuous operation, in automation technology, for Internet stations and much more. With the EisBär HI-Server 3.5, high electricity bills due to high power consumption compared to standard PCs are a thing of the past. Problems with the location of visualization computers are reduced due to the very compact dimensions.
Fanless operation and the use of a SolidStateDisk (SSD) have eliminated the need for mini-PC maintenance.
The HI-Server 3.5 is now our recommendation as a standard device for a wide range of applications in private and commercial environments, also as a modular computer unit on our TouchPanel series - Eis-Touch HI.
In conjunction with the optional VESA mounting kit, the server can also be easily mounted and operated on other devices, mounts and special setups.
For those who would like to place the server in a 19" server rack, the matching 19" mounting rack can be ordered as an option.
The connection between the HI server and can be realized very easily by means of an external interface. The connection can either be made via a network connection to the corresponding EIB/KNX gateway (IP interface/IP router) or via an EIB/KNX USB interface.
Due to the numerous interfaces such as LAN, WLAN and four USB ports, many systems (Modbus, digitalSTROM, OPC, etc.) from the BUS and network technology can be easily connected and used with the already pre-installed EisBär SCADA Suite under Windows 10.
